For real estate agents, ChatGPT has become common place for many everyday tasks. What it cannot do is access data from the MLS and perform deep, real-estate specific workflows. The suggestions will always be contextual to the nature of the original prompt. And if the first three aren’t relevant, you can keep refreshing until you find a suggestion that sparks a new path.
Proactive suggestions take the burden off of the end user to know what questions to ask, and instead provide ideas and thought starters to help maximize the use of these powerful AI tools.
